Projects - The PV2050 Steering Committee will choose which community projects to support. Determining factors: 1) Will the project further the missions of United

Community Partners and Pine Valley 2050? 2) How will the project enhance the Pine Valley community?

Project Criteria

  1. The Project has a Project Leader

    1. The Project Leader may be anyone in the community.

    2. The Project Leader is a person who is willing to be the“faceandforce”of

      the project, has a high level of commitment, is willing to work with the PV2050 Community Coordinator to develop the project, is prepared to present the idea to the PV 2050 Steering Committee and is willing to participate in ongoing communication and progress reports.

  2. The project idea has been submitted via website www.PineValley2050.org and vetted by the Community Coordinator before submission to the PV2050 Steering Committee.

  3. The project is beneficial for building community.

  4. The project is publicly acknowledged as collaborating with and supported by Pine Valley 2050 and United Community Partners.

  5. Projected Budget.

  7. TheSteeringCommitteevotesontheprojectandinformstheProjectLeader

    via email.

Project Budget to Include:

1. Marketing plan
a. Hells Canyon Journal advertising
b. Flyers/posters
c. Mailing(EDDM-EveryDoorDirectMail)

2. Rental of facility
3. Refreshments/food
